She/her/hers
Marcia Baczynski is a sought-after coach, writer, and internationally-known facilitator who helps people talk about the things they were told never to talk about—sex, boundaries, consent, and desire. Her work sits at the intersection of embodiment, consent culture and unlearning “good girl” conditioning, supporting people to reclaim agency, self-trust and relationships that feel deeply aligned—even when it’s off the beaten path.
She is the co-author of Creating Consent Culture: A Handbook for Educators, a widely used resource for teaching consent with nuance, care and integrity. Since 2003, Marcia has worked with tens of thousands of people through private coaching, transformative workshops, and immersive programs. She has served as faculty with the School of Consent, Shakti Shiva Academy and the Esalen Institute.
Known for her warm, playful and deeply ethical approach, she blends straight talk with compassion and humor—inviting people to get honest about what they want and build lives that feel deliciously, unapologetically their own. She lives and works on unceded Ohlone land, also known as Oakland, CA.
